Should I use the white silicone booties on the feet?
The booties add extra traction and are best for smooth floors or early learners. As your child gains strength and confidence, you can remove them to make gliding easier.
How many silicone traction booties come with the Little Balance Box Grow?
The Little Balance Box Grow includes two silicone traction booties, one for each rear leg. That’s all you need — you’re all set!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are like-new, clean, and fully resellable, with all original packaging and parts included. Returns are inspected by hand. A $15 return shipping fee applies, and if an item is returned dirty but still resellable, an additional $15 cleaning fee will be deducted from the refund. Items that are not resellable due to wear, damage, missing packaging, or extended use cannot be refunded and will be disposed of for safety and hygiene reasons. Some items are final sale, including discounted items, refurbished units, the non-adjustable Wood Little Balance Box, gift cards, and all international orders. Extended holiday returns apply to eligible orders placed between November 15 and January 1. Full details are available on our Return Policy page.
Does Little Balance Box® come with a warranty, and what does it cover?
Yes, every Little Balance Box® includes a 90-day standard limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal household use. For added peace of mind, customers may optionally purchase a 2-Year Extended Peace of Mind Warranty at checkout, which extends coverage to two years and includes accidental damage, wear concerns, and one full product replacement, if approved. The extended warranty is optional and available only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
