Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Some countries allow duties and taxes to be collected at checkout (Shopify Managed Markets), while others do not. In those cases, duties are paid by the customer upon delivery.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Southern California.

How long does shipping take?

U.S. orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days. International delivery times vary by region.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status from your Shopify order confirmation email.

How long does shipping take, and what are the rates?

Most shipments are sent via UPS Ground, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

What should I do if I didn't receive my product but your support team says it's delivered?

If our records indicate that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local post office for further assistance. Once a package is marked as delivered, it is out of our hands, and we are unable to take further action. Please note that every order shipped from us includes $100 product insurance from the shipping carrier.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Returns must be initiated through our Return Form.

Do you offer holiday returns?

Yes — during the Holiday Return Window (Nov 15–Jan 1), we extend the return period for eligible U.S. orders. Orders outside that window follow our standard 14-day policy.

I received a defective part — what should I do?

Please email info@inspiraspark.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos or video of the issue. We’ll send a replacement part or arrange a fix right away.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for regular-priced items within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

A $15 return fee applies for the prepaid label.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of label issuance.

Refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks after inspection.

Can I exchange my product instead of returning it?

Yes, one exchange per order is allowed free of charge within 14 days, if unused and in original condition.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Please email info@inspiraspark.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll resolve it immediately and send a replacement if eligible.

Can international customers return or exchange items?

Unfortunately, all international sales are final. Due to Shopify’s system limitations, we’re currently unable to generate international return labels.

My package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Please check with your local post office first — sometimes carriers mark items as delivered a few hours early. If it doesn’t show up within 24–48 hours, email info@inspiraspark.com for assistance.

At what age can my child start using the Little Balance Box Grow?

The Little Balance Box Grow can be introduced as early as 6 months with adult hands-on assistance. Children progress through three stages of development: learning, repetition, and graduate phases.

What materials are used in the construction of the Little Balance Box Grow?

The Little Balance Box Grow is crafted with eco-friendly and recycled aluminum , featuring a polycarbonate clear top, nylon feet, and is BPA and PVC-free.

How easy is it to assemble the Little Balance Box Grow, and how should I clean it?

Can the Little Balance Box Grow be used outdoors?

No, the Little Balance Box Grow is designed for indoor use only, on level surfaces. Outdoor use is not recommended.

Is the Little Balance Box Grow safe for my child to use?

Yes, the Little Balance Box Grow has undergone extensive safety testing by accredited labs. However, adult supervision is recommended, especially during the early stages of use.

 

What sets the Little Balance Box Grow apart from other similar products on the market?

Unlike traditional push toys, the Little Balance Box Grow allows for natural transitions from kneeling to standing. Its adjustable, ergonomic design, stable base, and clear top surface offer unique benefits for your child's development.

What are the feet of the Little Balance Box made of? Will it scratch my hardwood floors?

The feet are made of smooth nylon, designed to glide easily across most indoor floors — including hardwood, sealed concrete floors, tile, and carpet — without causing scratches. We recommend indoor use only.

Is the Little Balance Box safe?

Yes! The Little Balance Box was invented by a licensed physical therapist and meets or exceeds all U.S. and international safety standards. It’s designed for guided use with adult supervision and promotes natural development — not passive sitting.

My Little Balance Box seems to tip or move too fast. Is something wrong?

That’s normal in the beginning! The box is a developmental tool, not a toy. It takes practice, guidance, and patience for little ones to learn to shift their weight properly. We offer free 1:1 consultation calls with Dr. Shannon, PT, the inventor, to help parents get the best results.

Should I use the white silicone booties on the feet?

The booties add extra traction and are best for smooth floors or early learners. As your child gains strength and confidence, you can remove them to make gliding easier.

How many silicone traction booties come with the Little Balance Box Grow?

The Little Balance Box Grow includes two silicone traction booties, one for each rear leg. That’s all you need — you’re all set!

Why do the feet move up and down with springs?

The spring-loaded feet provide gentle resistance and sensory feedback when your child presses down. This helps build core strength, balance, and coordination during standing and walking.

My Little Balance Box isn’t working as expected. What should I do?

Often, it just takes guidance and practice! We have educational content on Instagram, YouTube, and offer free calls with Dr. Shannon PT for 1:1 support contact us via email info@inspiraspark.com. Most families find their child adapts beautifully with a few simple tips.

Is the Little Balance Box FSA or HSA eligible?

Currently, it is not FSA/HSA eligible, since it’s classified as a developmental tool rather than a medical device.

Do you offer military or first responder discounts?

Do you offer tax-exempt purchases for schools or nonprofits?

Sun Safety Guide

Discover essential tips to safeguard your child from the sun's harmful rays!

Children, especially during summer, spend ample time outdoors. Sunburn, a visible reaction to ultraviolet (UV) radiation, poses risks, especially for fair-skinned or mole-prone individuals with a family history of skin cancer.

Exposure to UV rays during daily activities, particularly from 10:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m, causes significant damage. Cloudy days don't offer full protection; up to 80% of UV rays penetrate clouds.

Follow the A, B, Cs for sunburn prevention by The American Academy of Dermatology:

Away: Avoid midday sun exposure, the most damaging period. Block: Apply SPF 30+ sunscreen 30 minutes before sun exposure and reapply frequently. For infants under 6 months, keep them out of direct sunlight. Cover-up: Utilize protective clothing with a tight weave, hats, sunglasses, and avoid direct sunlight for infants.

For clothing recommendations, ensure:

  • Ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) of 30 or higher.
  • Acceptable test results as per industry standards.
  • Hats with a minimum 3” brim or bill and a permanently attached drape for infants.
