Shipping Policy

We’re committed to your satisfaction! If your product is unused and in its original packaging, it qualifies for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns for used items. Additionally, all refurbished Little Balance Box purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns. Thank you for understanding!

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@inspiraspark.com. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label (at your cost) and instructions on how to send the package back. Returns without prior approval won’t be accepted, and you’ll need to include tracking information when shipping the item.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it for use or damage. After inspection, you’ll receive an email with the details of your return:

  1. Unused and resellable items: You’ll receive a refund minus the return shipping fee.
  2. Used or damaged items: No refund will be issued.
  3. Minor damage (25% fee applied): You’ll receive a refund minus 25% and the return shipping fee.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery, depending on your location. International shipping is available but may require additional clearance for postage.

If our records show that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office for help. Once a package is marked as delivered, it’s out of our control, but rest assured, all orders are insured up to $100 through the shipping carrier.

For orders to Mexico, please be aware that high duties may be imposed, sometimes up to three times the product’s price. To discuss options, contact us at info@inspiraspark.com before placing your order.

Lastly, please use the Little Balance Box at your discretion. It has undergone thorough safety testing, but do not attempt to replicate it at home.
