Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Economy shipping is primarily fulfilled through FedEx and may take approximately 5–8 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Standard U.S. delivery in 3–7 business days.

Free shipping applies to eligible U.S. orders.

Large items (like Little Balance Box) cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
- Holiday Delivery Notice: Orders must ship by December 15 to guarantee Christmas delivery. Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
Carrier Delays
All shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by weather events, carrier delays, holidays, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events outside of our control.
InspiraSpark does not guarantee delivery dates unless explicitly stated. Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.
International Shipping
We ship through Shopify Managed Markets.

Duties and taxes may or may not be collected at checkout:

International (Duties Collected): Duties / taxes are prepaid at checkout—no further charges.

International (Duties Not Collected): You’re responsible for paying customs duties, VAT, import fees, or taxes to your local customs office on delivery.

InspiraSpark isn’t responsible for customs delays or uncollected duties.

All international orders are final sale.

If international rates change before shipment, we’ll contact you with updated costs for approval.
Order Changes / Cancellations
You can modify an order within 30 minutes of placement by clicking “View Your Order” in your confirmation email.
After 30 minutes, modifications aren’t guaranteed as processing begins immediately.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Damaged or Missing Shipments

If a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the shipment is considered fulfilled. InspiraSpark is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location.

If marked delivered but not received, contact your local post office first.

For damaged shipments, email info@inspiraspark.com within 48 hours with photos and order number.
- If a shipment is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, customers must allow time for a carrier investigation or claim process to be completed before a refund or replacement is issued.
VIP Priority Handling & Enhanced Support
VIP Priority Handling provides priority internal processing and prioritized claim resolution.
If a VIP shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, InspiraSpark will provide a replacement without requiring the customer to independently manage the carrier claim process.
VIP service does not guarantee faster carrier transit times. Standard shipping options determine delivery speed.
VIP Priority Handling is a service-based processing upgrade and is non-refundable once the order has been processed.
Liability Disclaimer
Inspire Create LLC (d/b/a InspiraSpark) is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages—including loss of profits or data—arising from use of our products or services, whether in contract or tort.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
