Return & Exchange Policy

At InspiraSpark, we design therapist-led developmental tools with care and intention. As a small business, every unit is handled and inspected by a real person. Please review the policy below carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

The return request is initiated within 14 days of carrier-confirmed delivery (not order date).

The item is like-new, clean, unused, undamaged, and fully resellable.

All original packaging, parts, manuals, and materials must be included.

The return is submitted via our online return form before the 14-day window closes.

The item is shipped within 7 days of receiving the prepaid return label.

You must use our provided prepaid return label.

The product is returned inside a separate shipping box (return labels may not be placed directly on the product box).

The product passes manual inspection by our team.
We understand light testing may occur to check height or comfort. However, we can clearly distinguish between brief testing and extended use. Items showing wear, scratches, damage, missing packaging, or signs of use will not qualify.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, you may email photos or videos to info@inspiraspark.com before shipping, and we can confirm eligibility.
2. Processing Fees & Refunds

A $15 return shipping + processing fee applies to all approved returns.

If the product is resellable but returned dirty, a $15 cleaning fee will be deducted in addition to the return label fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after delivery and inspection.

You will receive email confirmation once your refund is processed.

One exchange is allowed per original order if the item qualifies.
3. Non-Resellable Returns
If a returned product is deemed not resellable due to use, damage, missing packaging, or improper return handling:

The item will be disposed of for safety and hygiene reasons.

No refund will be issued.

The original product cannot be returned to the customer.
By initiating a return, you acknowledge and agree that non-resellable returned items will not be returned to you.
4. Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)
The following items are final sale:

Little Balance Box® (Non-Adjustable Wood Model)

Refurbished Little Balance Box® Grow (Open-Box Units)
-
Little Balance Box® Aluminum 16" (Consultation Required)
- Plush Toys

Discounted or sale items

Gift cards

All international orders, including APO, FPO, and DPO shipments
5. Extended Holiday Return Window
Orders placed between November 15 and January 1 qualify for an extended return window through January 1 of the following year.

Applies only to orders placed within this timeframe

No retroactive extensions or exceptions for earlier orders
All other return conditions still apply.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@inspiraspark.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item received
We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
If a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the package is considered fulfilled. InspiraSpark is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If a shipment is delayed or marked delivered but not received, a carrier investigation may be required before a replacement or refund is considered.
Customers who selected VIP Priority Handling at checkout may receive prioritized claim resolution in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
7. International Orders
We ship internationally through Shopify Markets.

Duties and taxes may or may not be collected at checkout.

If not collected, you are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, or import fees.

InspiraSpark has no control over government fees or customs delays.

All international orders are final sale.
8. Education & Support Before Returning
The Little Balance Box is a developmental tool that often requires time, practice, and adjustment.

9. Important Timing Notes

Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.
-
The 14 days include weekends and holidays.
-
Day 1 begins the day after delivery is confirmed.

If delivery occurs on a major holiday (e.g., Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas), the following day is counted as Day 1.
Excessive or unreasonable return activity may result in future order refusal.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Inspire Create LLC (d/b/a InspiraSpark) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by California law.

On the return form screen, you must:

Enter the secret emoji acknowledging and agreeing to this policy
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.
