Little Balance Box® Grow – Warranty Information

This warranty is provided by Inspire Create LLC, operating under the brand InspiraSpark, and applies only to the Little Balance Box® Grow (new units).

This warranty does not apply to refurbished products, open-box units, or any Hativity® products.

Standard Limited Warranty (Included – 90 Days)

Inspire Create LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants that the Little Balance Box® Grow (new) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase.

If a covered defect arises during the 90-day warranty period, Inspire Create LLC will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product,

  • Replace a component, or

  • Provide a replacement unit of equal or comparable value.

Who Is Covered

  • The original retail purchaser only

  • Valid only with proof of purchase

  • Non-transferable

Optional 2-Year Extended Peace of Mind Warranty

Customers may optionally purchase the 2-Year Extended Peace of Mind Warranty at checkout at the time of purchase of a new Little Balance Box® Grow.

This extended warranty cannot be added later, and must be purchased before the standard 90-day warranty period expires.

Extended Warranty Coverage

  • Extends total warranty coverage to two (2) years from the original purchase date

  • Covers:

    • Accidental damage

    • Wear-related concerns

  • Includes one (1) full product replacement, if approved

  • Replacement units or parts may be new or refurbished and may include updated or equivalent components

Important Limitations

  • The extended warranty:

    • Applies only to the Little Balance Box® Grow (new units)

    • Must be purchased at checkout

    • Cannot be transferred

    • Is limited to one replacement per order

Exclusions (Apply to All Warranties)

Neither the standard nor extended warranty covers damage resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, or use outside intended purpose

  • Improper assembly or installation

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Normal cosmetic wear not affecting function

  • Improper storage or environmental exposure

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • Second-hand or resale products

  • Commercial, institutional, or non-household use

Refurbished units, open-box items, Hativity® products, and international orders are excluded from all warranty coverage unless otherwise stated in writing.

Inspire Create LLC reserves the right to determine eligibility for all warranty claims.

Geographic Limitations

  • Warranty coverage is valid only in the country of original purchase

  • Replacement products will ship only within that country
