Little Balance Box® Grow Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Little Balance Box® Grow Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Inspire Create LLC d/b/a InspiraSpark (“Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is administered by Sponsor and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform on which the Giveaway may be promoted.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor may not enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on September 22, 2026 and ends on September 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period:

1. Follow @thefullhousemom on Instagram;
2. Follow @InspiraSpark on Instagram;
3. Like the official Giveaway post; and
4. Comment “WALK” on the official Giveaway post.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period.

Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) eligible winner will receive:

One (1) Little Balance Box® Grow

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $129.99 USD.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

Following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted through Instagram direct message by @InspiraSpark and/or @thefullhousemom.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification and provide any information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Delivery

The verified winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address and any other information reasonably required to fulfill the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or delivery issues occurring after the prize has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, except as otherwise required by law.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to manipulate, tamper with, disrupt, or fraudulently participate in the Giveaway.

If fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway is terminated early, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the termination.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited under applicable law.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state for purposes of announcing and administering the Giveaway without additional compensation.

Any additional use of a winner's name, image, likeness, testimonial, photograph, video, or other content for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to any consent required by applicable law.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize, and will otherwise be handled in accordance with InspiraSpark's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Entry into this Giveaway does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing emails or text messages from Sponsor.

12. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform on which the Giveaway is promoted.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to the applicable social media platform.

13. Governing Law

Except where prohibited by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be subject to applicable federal and California law and brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
